Only 5 miles from the lake. Quiet location on a huge lot. Very nice home.

I didn't see any instructions on the Kwikset lock access instructions so that caused some stress. Fortunately, the host manager was available by phone and helped me. If I had come after hours, I wonder what would have happened!The house was clean! Very clean.Both the kitchen and the bathroom on the entry level were recently refurbished. The hot water was amazing and the tub retained its heat for a long time! I did not go to the other level of the house.The exterior of the home needed repair and the deck needs replacement. There is a screw on the deck that is not screwed in fully. Dangerous to feet, both dog and man.Parking is atrocious!All in all, a tranquil home in a great neighborhood, priced perfectly!

Had a great time watching the snow and playing shuffleboard..my wife loved it..The multi level layout is great, Enjoyed the almost new kitchen, did lots of cooking and took some snowy walks in the neighborhood.

We rent a lot in Big Bear / Lake Arrowhead and this is practically the first time we had a cabin where the heating works quickly and well. =) The house was clean and had everything we needed. The view of the trees with red and orange leaves was beautiful. We're glad we went at this time of year when it was not too cold to go on hikes.

The home was very nice.
