Just got home from 4 nice days at Lake Arrowhead. The house was clean and well organized. The kitchen and baths were stocked with every thing we needed, and more. The heating/ac worked well and kept us quite cozy. The beds were comfortable with nice linens. The cable tv allowed us to follow our beloved Dodgers while we were away. We also appreciated being able to park in the garage. The dog had a blast walking to the lake. So many new smells. As advertised, getting to the Village was a snap. 2 things to know: 1) All bedrooms/bathrooms are downstairs. There is no restroom on the main floor. And the stairs are steep and shallow. There is a grab rail for safety but I would not recommend this particular house for the elderly or anyone with physical challenges. 2) The house is just steps from the main highway and there is considerable traffic noise. Not great for light sleepers.

This little house up in Lake arrowhead it’s quite quaint and charming. It definitely has a Boho chic Lakehouse field tour. The beds are comfortable. The thermostats were easy to use. This kitchen was fully stocked with absolutely everything you needed. It’s very close to the village. I think if you walk down to the water and then walked over to the village and then walked up, you could probably walk to the village. I don’t know if I would walk on the street the cars drive kind of fast and there’s no cycle but that’s typical lake arrowhead. All the appliance worked you don’t think that the curtains are going to be enough shade, but they are. It’s dark enough. The only thing that was a little bit annoying is that we had to tidy up do trashes dishes and collect all trash items and that’s kind of frustrating to do when you’re paying those extremely large fees for a housekeeper after you’ve stayed that is my only negative input if I’m paying for cleaning, I don’t think I should have to clean .

Had a great time with my wife and our doggo for our anniversary. Beautiful scenery. Very close to the village. Had a great time!
